1.1 Information You Provide Directly To Us

2. Complete your member profile;
3. Donate to an Event or Campaign;
4. Create an Event or Campaign;
5. Participate in other programs and services offered by Extensia and/or its customers;
6. Offer to Volunteer for Programs and other offerings by Subscribers;
7. Fill out a survey or provide us with Feedback;
8. Request certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates, and other products);
9. Use certain features that require your information to function;
10. Communicate with us; or
11. Post User Content, including files, attachments, or comments, to or on any of our Services.

The information you provide may include, but is not limited to: name; email address; mailing address; phone number; birthdate; workplace information; photographs and audio/video content; location information; government issued identification documents; and financial information. We explicitly collect your mobile phone number when you opt-in to receive SMS communications from us.

1.2 Information Passively or Automatically Collected

1.2.1 Device/Usage Information

We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices you use to access the Services, including IP addresses, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser types, operating system, mobile device carrier information, and information related to the ways in which you interact with the Services.

1.2.2 Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies

We may collect data about your use of the Services through Internet server logs, cookies, and tracking pixels. Cookies enable us to recognize your computer, store your preferences, understand the web pages you have visited, enhance your user experience, perform analytics, and assist with security functions. SMS Privacy and Consent

We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we collect your phone number and your consent solely for communication purposes related to our services.

SMS Opt-In Details

Users opt-in to receive SMS messages by explicitly checking an unchecked consent box on our online forms and providing their phone number. Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing goods or using our services.

What Information Is Collected

We collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you voluntarily provide it through our web forms, donation portals, or application interfaces.

How Your Mobile Data Is Used

Your mobile phone number is used exclusively to send you transactional updates (such as donation receipts), administrative alerts, and promotional outreach regarding upcoming events, based strictly on your explicit consent.

Opting Out

You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. For assistance, reply "HELP". After unsubscribing, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from us.

Data Security

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal and mobile data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

When We Disclose Your Information

We may disclose and/or share your information with non-affiliated third parties under the following circumstances. Note: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is strictly excluded from all sharing practices and will never be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

1. Consent. We may disclose your information to any third parties based on your consent or request to do so.
2. Service Providers. We may share your information with select third parties who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, identity validation, background checks, marketing, customer support, data storage, and legal services.
3. Event or Campaign Subscribers. When you donate to an Event or Campaign, we disclose only the necessary information as it pertains to processing your donation to the relevant Subscriber.
4. Protection of Extensia and Others. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce our Terms, respond to claims, or protect rights and safety.
5. Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be among the transferred assets.
6. Campaigns and Public Forums. Information you provide in publicly accessible Campaign areas may be read and used by others who access them.
7. By Law Or To Protect Rights. We may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
8. Affiliates and Business Partners. We may share your information with our affiliates, who are required to honor this Agreement. (Excluding SMS opt-in data, which is never shared for marketing purposes.)

Online Analytics and Advertising

5.1 Analytics

We may use third-party web analytics services (such as Google Analytics) on our Services to collect and analyze usage information, engage in auditing, research, or reporting. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5.2 Online Advertising

We may use third-party advertising technologies that allow for the delivery of relevant content and advertising on our Services, as well as on other websites you visit. We work with advertising partners including Google, Double-click Campaign Manager, and Facebook to deliver Extensia ads on third-party publisher websites.

Mobile phone numbers provided for SMS consent are strictly excluded from advertising practices and will never be shared with advertisers.

Notice Concerning Do-Not-Track Signals

Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is still working toward defining exactly what DNT means and a common approach to responding to it.

Accessing and Controlling Your Data

You may access certain parts of your information and delete, change, or modify that information in accordance with applicable laws by editing your user profile. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Upon your request, we will close your Subscriber or Donor account and remove your profile information from view as soon as reasonably possible. We may retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Use.

Consent to Transfer

Our computer systems are currently based in North America, so your personal data will be processed by us in this jurisdiction. The data protection and privacy regulations in these jurisdictions may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of all such information to the jurisdictions identified above.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not designed for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 for children located in Europe). If you are under the applicable age, please do not use the Services or submit any information through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete that information from our databases to the extent required by law.

Your California Privacy Rights

California law permits visitors who are California residents to request certain information once per year regarding our disclosure of "personal information" to third parties for such third parties' direct marketing purposes. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, and we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. These measures include industry-standard encryption protocols during data transit and at rest, access controls, and secure data storage environments.

We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Amendments

Extensia may change this Policy from time to time as laws, regulations, industry standards, and/or our business evolves. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Policy periodically. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, we will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services will signify acceptance of the terms of the updated Policy.

Third Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to or "frame" third-party websites, applications, and other services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and services. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Services and to read the privacy statements of each website they visit that collects their information.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (for example: bank account and routing number, ACH related information, valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date), that we may facilitate collection of when you purchase or order services. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processors, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies.

Payment Processors

Financial transactions relating to Extensia are handled by our payment services providers. We will share transaction data with the Payment Processors only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

The Payment Processors handle all steps in the payment process through their systems, including data collection and data processing. We do not store your payment details in our systems unless it is necessary for accounting and administrative purposes.
