- Participate in other programs and services offered by Extensia and/or its customers;
- Offer to Volunteer for Programs and other offerings by Subscribers;
- Fill out a survey or provide us with Feedback;
- Request certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates, and other products);
- Use certain features that require your information to function;
- Communicate with us; or
- Post User Content, including files, attachments, or comments, to or on any of our Services.
The information you provide may include, but is not limited to: name; email address; mailing address; phone number; birthdate; workplace information; photographs and audio/video content; location information; government issued identification documents; and financial information. We explicitly collect your mobile phone number when you opt-in to receive SMS communications from us.

1.2.1 Device/Usage Information

- Event or Campaign Subscribers. When you donate to an Event or Campaign, we disclose only the necessary information as it pertains to processing your donation to the relevant Subscriber.
- Protection of Extensia and Others. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce our Terms, respond to claims, or protect rights and safety.
- Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be among the transferred assets.
- Campaigns and Public Forums. Information you provide in publicly accessible Campaign areas may be read and used by others who access them.
- By Law Or To Protect Rights. We may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Affiliates and Business Partners. We may share your information with our affiliates, who are required to honor this Agreement. (Excluding SMS opt-in data, which is never shared for marketing purposes.)
Online Analytics and Advertising
5.1 Analytics
We may use third-party web analytics services (such as Google Analytics) on our Services to collect and analyze usage information, engage in auditing, research, or reporting. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5.2 Online Advertising
We may use third-party advertising technologies that allow for the delivery of relevant content and advertising on our Services, as well as on other websites you visit. We work with advertising partners including Google, Double-click Campaign Manager, and Facebook to deliver Extensia ads on third-party publisher websites.
Mobile phone numbers provided for SMS consent are strictly excluded from advertising practices and will never be shared with advertisers.
Notice Concerning Do-Not-Track Signals
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is still working toward defining exactly what DNT means and a common approach to responding to it.
Accessing and Controlling Your Data
You may access certain parts of your information and delete, change, or modify that information in accordance with applicable laws by editing your user profile. Upon your request, we will close your Subscriber or Donor account and remove your profile information from view as soon as reasonably possible. We may retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Use.

Our computer systems are currently based in North America, so your personal data will be processed by us in this jurisdiction. The data protection and privacy regulations in these jurisdictions may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of all such information to the jurisdictions identified above.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not designed for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 for children located in Europe). Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (for example: bank account and routing number, ACH related information, valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date), that we may facilitate collection of when you purchase or order services. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processors, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies.
Payment Processors
Financial transactions relating to Extensia are handled by our payment services providers. We will share transaction data with the Payment Processors only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
The Payment Processors handle all steps in the payment process through their systems, including data collection and data processing. We do not store your payment details in our systems unless it is necessary for accounting and administrative purposes.
